Our company is not involved in any negotiations for the sale or rental of your property, but we can assist and guide you in the process. The seller understands that they paying for twelve (12) months of marketing and advertising on the internet. If your property has not sold or rented within the twelve (12) months, ICM Networking will continue to market your property for an additional twelve (12) months at no additional cost, upon written request. ICM Networking is not involved in determining the sale or rental listing price of my property.
